Opportunities Available
District & Municipal Court Representatives
We are recruiting individuals across Ghana to serve as CourtLink Representatives in their local districts and municipalities.
This role allows you to:
- Work within your own community
- Support clients who cannot attend court
- Gain hands-on experience in legal processes
- Earn income on a flexible basis
Key Responsibilities
As a CourtLink Representative, you will:
- Attend court sessions on behalf of clients (where permitted)
- Monitor case progress and court dates
- File and retrieve legal documents
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients
- Communicate with lawyers and CourtLink’s central team
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from:
- Law students and graduates
- Paralegals and legal assistants
- National service personnel
- Individuals with administrative or legal interest
- Responsible and trustworthy persons living in Ghana
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must reside in the district or municipality of operation
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to use a smartphone (WhatsApp, email, calls)
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of court processes is an added advantage
