By engaging the services of CourtLink Ghana, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Scope of Services
CourtLink Ghana provides non-criminal legal support services, including but not limited to:
- Court Appearance Representation
- Real-Time Case Monitoring
- Legal Document Filing & Retrieval
- Post-Court Reporting
- Lawyer-Client Liaison Support
- Debt Recovery Support
⚠️ Important: CourtLink Ghana does not handle criminal cases or offer legal advice. We do not replace licensed legal practitioners.
2. Service Fees
A service fee is charged for each case or service request. The fee depends on the complexity, duration, and nature of the case.
- All fees are agreed upon in writing before service begins.
- Service fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.
- For long-term or multi-phase cases, periodic payments may be arranged.
3. Transportation Charges
In addition to the service fee, clients are responsible for transportation costs associated with court appearances or administrative errands.
- Transportation fees are determined by the location of the court or public office.
- Charges are communicated in advance for approval.
- Payments must be made before each court date or scheduled assignment.
- Failure to pay transportation fees on time may lead to delays or non-attendance.
❗ We only support civil debt recovery through legal and ethical means. We do not engage in unlawful collection practices or use threats/coercion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide full and accurate case information
- Submit all required documentation on time
- Keep communication lines open
- Notify CourtLink Ghana of any changes to case status or court dates
5. Confidentiality
All client information and case details are treated with strict confidentiality. CourtLink Ghana will not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
6. Limitations of Service
- CourtLink Ghana does not offer legal advice, draft legal documents, or replace the services of a qualified lawyer.
- Our representatives act only within the limits of administrative and logistical court support.
- We operate strictly within Ghanaian law and court regulations.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients may cancel a service by providing written notice.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, any amount already paid is non-refundable.
- Unused transportation or logistical fees (if paid in advance) may be refunded within 5 business days.
9. Communication
CourtLink Ghana will communicate with clients via:
- SMS
- Phone Call
It is the client’s responsibility to respond promptly and follow up as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved amicably. Where necessary, matters will be handled under the laws of the Republic of Ghana through appropriate civil dispute channels.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, making payment, or signing a service agreement, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
